Flick Knife - Custom

  • FAST AND FURIOUS

The Flick Knife is the go to board for short board SUP surfing.
If you like a tail with less width than most boards then the Flick Knife is the board for you. We have moved the widest point forward of centre allowing the outline to taper towards the tail at an earlier point. This gives the board a very lively feel with plenty of drive for those wanting to tear the wave apart and allows for very aggressive turns both on the wave face and lip.

The Flick Knife has nice refined rails keeping the volume in the centre of the board, and with hard rails on the tail and softer rails on the nose it is a very forgiving board allowing power and drive from the tail, and a nose that doesn't catch during big turns or slides. The Flick Knife is super fast and responsive and It will take your surfing to the next level

All customs come standard as 5 fin setups with either Futures (recommended) or FCS Fusion or FCS11 with either a standard plug for the back fin or a 8" or 10" box depending on your preferred fin setup.

  • Pro (Innegra) Glassing

We recommend using one of our “Pro” innegra glassing for all custom boards. This is a strong glassing that still remains relatively light weight and gives an amazing kinetic flex through turns & has impact resistance from paddle strikes.

We use a combination of light weight Innegra and fiberglass for the full length of the board on the deck & bottom to add strength where needed whilst giving you a super responsive board that will last.

    Pro (Carbon Innegra) Glassing

We recommend using one of our “Pro” innegra glassing for all custom boards. This is a strong glassing that still remains relatively light weight and gives an amazing kinetic flex through turns & has impact resistance from paddle stikes.

We use a combination of light weight Innegra and fiberglass for the full length of the board on the deck & use a carbon innegra on the bottom to add strength where needed whilst giving you a super responsive board that will last.

    Team Glassing

Our team glassing uses the same glassing on the deck that we use for our Pro glassing however we only use light weight fiberglass on the bottom to save weight for surfing in competitions. This makes the board lighter and even more responsive but does not have the strength of our Pro Glassing.
